The attraction of resort real estates
Currently, several resort tourism ventures in
Tri An Lake are drawing investors.
Dong Nai is a heavily populated province with over 3.1 million residents, many business owners, operators, and foreign experts living and working there, so tourism and resorts are in high demand. However, Dong Nai has lacked major ventures and developers to build worthy eco-resort resorts.
Recently, the Dong Nai real estate market has been active, attracting many businesses to invest in resort and tourism real estate projects, particularly in villages, forest edges, riverside, lakeshore.....
There are several strategic resort real estate developments.
According to the Master Plan for Socio-Economic Development of Dong Nai Province to 2020, the vision to 2025 there are several large land areas in Long Khanh city, Trang Bom District, Thong Nhat District, Xuan Loc District...,that are favorable for industrial, agricultural development, and the development of food and agriculture processing. Vinh Cuu, Dinh Quan and Tan Phu district will be prioritized for improving ecotourism and agricultural development....
Mr. Dang Tat Thang - Vice Chairman of FLC Group, General Director of Bambo Airways highly appreciated Dong Nai's tourism development potential but the exploitation issue remains modest. In order to strengthen Dong Nai, FLC Group has proposed to study and invest in new rural residential developments, tourism, eco-resorts, sports and amusement park Da Ton Lake beginning in 2019. Following several meetings and consultations, FLC Group expects the Provincial People's Committee will quickly agree to the group's proposals and allow the project to be implemented, Mr. Thang is optimistic that, as a result of FLC Group's investment in Dong Nai, the value of the Dong Nai real estate market will begin to skyrocket, and tourism resort real estate will be highlighted, attracting a growing number of tourists.
According to Mr. Le Kim Bang - Director of Department of Information, Culture and Tourism; Dong Nai is currently planning nearly 20 eco-resort resorts in localities to attract domestic and foreign investors. Some large corporations have come to the province and suggested an investment strategy in eco-resort resorts such as FLC Group with Da Ton lake project, Vingroup with commercial centers, accommodation services ... In cooperation with enterprises the province has requested localities and departments to assist businesses in completing application processes in order to expedite the implementation of tourism projects.
Green living is becoming increasingly common.
According to some tourism and real estate experts the province's growing urbanization has increased demand for resort space among residents and professionals who live and work there. The discovery of suburban areas, riverbanks, lakes, and other natural areas is gaining popularity.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Bao - Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Club, commented on the Dong Nai real estate market, gound projects, apartments, and resort projects in Dong Nai had not attracted many investment enterprises in previous years. However, recenttly a surge of investment in agriculture, forestry, energy, industry, eco-tourism, and resort real estate has created a fever in the market, and some businesses have successfully invested in this sector. Aside from the province's domestic market, Dong Nai is bordered by a number of potential tourist markets, including Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and others. This combined with a convenient transportation system and a variety of modes of transportation, especially the attraction of the Long Thanh airport project, has caused the resort real estate market, as well as other fields in Dong Nai, to become increasingly vibrant.
The tourism development plan in Dong Nai province to 2030 has established a range of particular targets, one of which is for the province's average annual growth rate in visitors and accommodation to hit 13 percent or more by 2025. Tourism produced an annual revenue of 18% or more. Approximately 8.5 million people visit and stay in the city. Tourism generates about VND 3.8 trillion in revenue, with an estimated growth rate of 8% or more in tourists and accommodation from 2026 to 2030. Tourism income rose at a rate of at least 14% per year. By 2030, Dong Nai would have received approximately 12 million visitors and will have a population of around 12 million inhabitants. Mr.Cao Tien Dung - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, stated that Dong Nai province has unique plans for each socioeconomic sector, with a focus on developing real estate projects for resort tourism and inviting competent investors to participate in order to contribute to the province's elevation and overall growth.
