Dong Nai is willing to welcome tourism investors

Dong Nai has nearly 10 large reservoirs, more than 140 thousand hectares of natural forests and nearly ten untapped tourism waterfalls. Dong Nai province has planned many large-scale tourism projects worthy of its intrinsic potential in order to develop the benefits of nature while avoiding the vast creation of small, scattered tourism projects that would interrupt general planning.

Promote all advantages.

 

Currently, with hundreds of tourism real estate projects planned in the province, localities such as Vinh Cuu, Thong Nhat, Dinh Quan, Tan Phu district…are inviting investors to the most optimal support policies in the sense of ensuring the general laws. Many localities have recognized tourism as a key economic sector for growth, including Tan Phu, which has the advantages of forests, lakes, and waterfalls. Mr.Nguyen Huu Ky - Chairman of Tan Phu's People's Committee, stated that Tan Phu has drawn many small and medium tourism ventures in recent years, particularly the attraction of tourists to Cat Tien National Park, which has encouraged the commune located in the area with a garden to strongly develop various types of homestay, restaurant... especially riverside land areas, with cool natural surroundings. This location is ideal for tourists looking for a weekend getaway. However, in order for tourism to grow as expected in the future, the district has recommended to the Provincial People's Committee that investment be pursued in a variety of tourism ventures, including the Da Ton lake project proposed by FLC Group. In addition, the district hopes that a number of other projects, such as the Suoi Mo Park Resort expansion project and the Hoa Binh waterfall project, will be implemented soon, providing a motivating factor to support tourism growth in Tan Phu.

 

Also a locality with many advantages in ecotourism in forests, lakes, and agriculture, Mrs.Nguyen Thi Dung - Vice Chairman of Vinh Cuu District People's Committee, said that recently, many small tourism ventures run by local households have been "booming." A number of young companies have invested and developed tours through the forest, motels, and homestays, and it have been very popular. Vinh Cuu district will have specific proposals and plans in the coming period to legalize the procedures and ensure Vinh Cuu's tourism is increasingly successful and in compliance with the law.

 

Large investors will be welcomed with open arms.

 

The province has nearly 30 tourism development projects. The projects' investment goals include ecotourism, resorts, hotels, and tourist urban areas. There are currently a range of 2 to 5 star hotel projects in operation, including: Orchard Home Hotel Nam Cat Tien (Tan Phu), Chipu Hotel (Nhon Trach), Happy Son and Quoc Thanh (Long Khanh), and Central Park (the first 5-star hotel in Dong Nai). Three tourist attractions, including Dong Nai River Tourist Destination, Ngoc Hoa Trang Tourist Destination, and Sy My Garden Tourist Destination, have been operated, with a total investment capital of more than 1 trillion VND. Dong Nai currently has large ventures attracting investors. In there, a number of investors are setting up procedures to implement the project such as: Hoang Gia Bao Trading, Service and Tourism Co., Ltd with the project of river tourism, the investment capital is estimated to be more than 1 thousand billion dong; Cuong Thuan Investment Joint Stock Company is in procedural programming for an eco-tourism project with entertainment at Tri An Lake, with an approximate investment capital of 1.3 trillion VND. FLC Group Joint Stock Company is planning to invest in an ecotourism project in Da Ton lake with an estimated scale of over 1,000 hectares; Safari project in Dong Nai Cultural Nature Reserve with an estimated investment capital of over 1 trillion VND. Mr.Le Kim Bang - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, stated that these are significant projects that will lead to the growth of Dong Nai tourism in the coming years by providing favorable conditions for tourism to prosper and contribute to local socioeconomic development.
