As a result, the system processes over 1.1 thousand queries and over 23 thousand documents. In parallel with the related information exchanges, Dong Nai Customs regularly maintains the propagation and distribution of customs laws, respond problems for businesses such as: Maintaining hotlines publicly publishing legal records enhancing the efficiency of problem solving for enterprises; strengthening the implementation of online public services, and online customs consultation.... Dong Nai Customs has handled 815 applications via the online public service system since the beginning of the year; 131 questions of companies have been answered by online customs consultation; and hundreds of new records have been updated on websites to assist businesses in their hunt for new documentation.

At the end of February 2021, the province’s total state budget revenue from import and export had crossed 2.76 trillion VND an increase of 429 billion VND over the same period in 2020, and had reached 18.75% of the budget collection ordinance goal in 2021.
