Delegates raise their opinions at the briefing

At the conference, the delegates proposed many current practical problems related to employees such as: the situation of long-term workers stop working and receive the social insurance monetary benefit at 1 time; welfares for hard and hazardous labor; time to increase the regional minimum wage and allowances for trade union officials, etc. With the above recommendations, the representatives of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the provincial social insurance agency and Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority had the answers in details for Trade Union officials to further understand the situation and promptly propagate to employees and business owners.

According to the provincial Confederation of Labor, in the past 2 years, due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, the grassroots trade union briefings were not held. Therefore, the opinions of the delegates at this Conference are very important and realistic, so that the Provincial Confederation of Labor and relevant departments and agencies can understand the situation and soon have solutions to remove the above difficulties. The Provincial Confederation of Labor proposed the grassroots trade unions to step up propaganda on the benefits of social insurance so that workers understand the benefits of insurance and do not massively withdraw one-time social insurance, affecting their future welfare. In addition, coordinate with enterprises to well implement democratic regulations, negotiate and sign collective labor agreements, organize workers' conferences and increase welfare policies so that employees feel confident and keep working for the businesses.
