Web Portal – According to Resolution No. 30/2020/NQ-HDND of the Provincial People’s Council on regulation of construction permit fees in Dong Nai in 2021, the fee rate is VND 75,000 per construction permit and construction permit adjustment for separate houses (an increase of VND 25,000 increase compared to present); VND 150,000 per construction permit, construction permit adjustment for other construction works (an increase of VND 50,000 compared to present); VND 15,000 per extension and re-grant of construction permit (an increase of VND 5,000 compared to present).
For people with meritorious services to the revolution, the elderly, the disabled, the poor and near-poor households according to the Dong Nai poverty line, when completing the construction permit application procedures, they will be exempt from paying fees.
