Increase 200 hectares of commercial and service land

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, currently the province has a total commercial and service land area of nearly 1.2 thousand hectares, increase nearly 200 hectares compared to 2014. The area of commercial and service land in the province increases due to the construction of business establishments, commercial services such as: Logistics and service port area at Phuoc An (Nhon Trach district); Bau Sen tourist site at Phu Dien commune (Tan Phu district); Vincom Trade Center, Tan Hiep Trade Center (Bien Hoa City) ... Specifically, the area of commercial and service land increased in Nhon Trach 76ha, Bien Hoa 61ha, Tan Phu District 25ha, Xuan Loc district 22ha ...

According to Mr Cao Tien Dung, Chairman of provincial People’s committee, in the period of 2021-2030, the province will give priority to land use planning for commercial and service development to serve major projects such as Long Thanh International Airport, industrial parks, eco-tourism resort projects. Accordingly, localities will spend a lot of land for developing trade and services in the coming time are Bien Hoa city, Long Thanh , Nhon Trach, Trang Bom districts, Long Khanh city. The province is inviting domestic enterprises, foreign direct investment enterprises to invest in tourism projects, trade centers....
