Recently, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang attended a human resource exchange event between students and Japanese enterprises in Dong Nai province. Accordingly, there were 20 Japanese enterprises and more than 220 students from 4 schools: Dong Nai University, Lac Hong University, Dong Nai College of High Technology, and the 2nd Intermediate School of Economics and Technology. The students were interviewed and recruited by Japanese enterprises directly at the exchange session.

This activity is part of the Human Resources Development Program for the manufacturing industry in Dong Nai Province, funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The event is held annually in order to improve the understanding of students in the province about Japanese enterprises and help Japanese enterprises to recruit suitable personnel.
Addressing at the event, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang said that up to now, the human resource development program for the manufacturing industry in Dong Nai province has supported schools to train more than 6,000 students, in which more than 2,000 graduates were introduced to work in Japanese enterprises. At the end of this year, Dong Nai province will review the phase 2 program and plan to build a 3S and Safety Practice Center to continue maintaining the program and replicating it to other localities.
