Up to now, Hoang Gia GMT Co., Ltd (specializing in fashion apparel in Trang Bom district) has 100% of employees have returned to work. In each garment factory, no one told workers to work with urgency and seriousness to make up for the first orders of Spring. According to many employees, the good working environment, businesses that are interested in returning orders are the motivation for them to feel secure in production and fast-paced with their work.

For more than 11 years with the company, worker Le Thi Tuyet Nhung said that up to now, the business owner has always cared about and paid full Tet salary and bonus every year. In particular, the company has made great efforts to find orders in difficult conditions to keep stable jobs for employees. “We are very excited because at the beginning of the year, there are many jobs and employees' incomes increase. Hopefully, the company will keep the current production rhythm and develop more and more, "- Ms. Nhung confided.

Tran Ngoc Man, production manager of the company, said that after a difficult time due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic and the world economy, businesses had to reduce production due to a lack of orders, so far a positive sign is that orders are abundant and production is stable. Currently, the company has had orders until June this year, so employees of the whole company are very secure and work with high capacity. Previously, during the Lunar New Year 2023, the company still maintained Tet bonuses and organized activities to take care of employees' lives. Thereby, creating more motivation and working atmosphere of employees in the new year.

The production emulation atmosphere of workers also took place at the Vietnam Precision Industry Joint Stock Company (Trang Bom district). Many workers working here said that although the company's orders are not many, they still have regular jobs and are not affected by their income. Particularly during the last Tet holiday, all employees were given a Tet bonus of 3-4 months salary/person. The above care policy has created more motivation, confidence and spirit of love and attachment of employees. In the first working week of the year, 100% of employees (including 1,700 people) returned to the enterprise to work and produce the first orders of the year.

Ms. Tran Thi Ngoan, a company worker, said that when starting to work after Tet holiday, she and many employees felt more secure and loved her job because of the attention of the company's leaders and the grassroots Trade Union. She and many employees in the company hope that the vibrant working atmosphere of the employees will contribute to the company to create more quality and valuable products and help the business develop more. "I hope businesses will have more manufactured goods and new customers to increase profits, ensure income and workers' lives in 2023" - Ms. Ngoan shared.

Actively produce

According to the Provincial Confederation of Labor, up to now, over 99% of employees have returned after the Lunar New Year holiday of the Lunar New Year of the Rabbit in 2023. Some localities have a high number of workers returning to work such as: Nhon Trach district, Long Thanh 98% and enterprises in Bien Hoa Industrial Park over 98%. In general, the situation of employees returning to work is high and quite stable. In many enterprises, workers keep pace with fast work and participate in emulation movements right from the beginning of the year.

At Vedan Limited Company (Long Thanh district), in the working week after the Lunar New Year holiday, the exciting production atmosphere was bustling throughout the enterprises' workshops. According to the company's trade union, in the past year, all employees have been innovative in their work, actively taking initiatives to improve working conditions and benefit businesses. Recognizing the dedication of employees, the company has policies to take care of Tet, especially salary and full bonus. With timely attention, employees went to work fully, started production to promptly deliver the first orders of the Lunar New Year, ensuring the progress of orders in 2023.

The representative of the Trade Union of enterprises said that, at the beginning of work in the new year, the emulation spirit of the employees showed more optimism about the implementation of the production plan of the enterprises in the year. To get that result, it is necessary to mention the policies to support and take care of Tet of the locality, trade unions and businesses. Many enterprises have innovated, flexibly in management, cared about workers' lives and actively sought sources of production materials, maintaining the pace of production, employment and Tet bonuses for employees.

In addition, many enterprises in localities with a large number of laborers have promptly had many policies to bring and welcome employees back to work such as: arranging a car to pick up workers back to work, giving gifts at the beginning of the year, winning lucky draws. rewarded with many valuable gifts…

Ms. Tran Thi Hong Thao, Chairwoman of Trang Bom district Confederation of Labor, said that in the first working week of the year, 201/260 enterprises returned to work in the district with over 85,000 employees, reaching the rate of 80%. Up to now, the situation of workers returning to work has been higher, while some wood production enterprises operate later due to lack of orders. However, the employment situation and workers' lives are quite stable. The spirit and working ideas of employees are very excited and emulate production with high determination in the new year.
