Anh Quang was born in a family with a poor background. After graduating from high school, Quang chose to do military service. After returning from the army, he decided to go to Dong Nai to work as a worker to earn money to support his family.

When he applied for a job at TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company, he was placed in the position of direct production worker. “Working in a professional machinery environment, I always tell myself that I have to learn more to do well at the assigned work and rise up. Right after that, I decided to implement the plan of studying and working at the same time," he recalled.
Not afraid to work hard, during the day he went to the factory to work as a worker on the production line, in the evening he rushed to the lecture hall of Lac Hong University to study. For nearly 5 years of hard work and persistence, he successfully completed both tasks that he set out. He has always actively applied flexibly the knowledge and skills learned at school to work. Along with his passion for self-study and research, Mr. Quang has since continuously launched many innovations and improvements; applied by the company with high economic efficiency.

These include: the initiative to design molds to save materials; initiative to change the production process diagram; During that process, Mr. Quang also actively participated in movement activities at the company and received love and trust from employees.
From his efforts and contributions, as a direct production worker, Mr. Quang was continuously promoted to important positions in the company; accompanied by a commensurate increase in income. Currently, he is assigned in charge of labor management; concurrently a member of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union, and a permanent member of the Trade Union Office of the Corporation. In particular, in 2010, Mr. Quang was admitted to the Party. After many years of persistent dedication, in 2022, he was trusted in the role of Deputy Secretary of Party cell 2 - one of the two branches under the company's Party Committee.

Mr. Quang said that, in the past time, before the production and business situation of enterprises faced many difficulties, in his role, Mr. Quang actively propagated and explained to Party members and employees in the company to understand, share and agree with the company's policies, solutions and efforts.
When the employee comes to him to confide in the issue of working hours, he explained to employees about the general difficult situation of enterprises in the current context. He also explained, instead of cutting a large number of employees (about 4-5 thousand people) whose labor contracts have expired in order to reduce costs for businesses, the company has chosen to relax and reduce working hours. On the occasion of the last Lunar New Year, despite facing many difficulties, the company still tried its best to ensure adequate policies for employees, especially ensuring Tet bonus of 1.5 months salary as last year. Along with that, more than 5.1 thousand gifts were sent to employees with difficult circumstances, boarding workers, and workers raising children during the Lunar New Year. This number of gifts is more than previous years. On the first day back to work after the Lunar New Year, the company gave lucky money to all employees 200,000 VND each to create a new spirit and motivation for employees…

Mr. Quang added that the company's entire Party committee currently has 95 party members. The advantage is that most of the members of the Party Committee are holding managerial positions and high leadership positions in the factory. Therefore, the propaganda to employees, or the exchange of proposals, negotiations, and policy negotiations with the factory are quite convenient.
