Detecting 286 violations in the peak of market inspection and control

​The market management force inspects and detects a warehouse of cosmetic products that violate the expiry date of a company with a production address in Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park on January 28.

According to statistics of Dong Nai Market Management Department, during the peak of market inspection and control at the end of 2020 and before, during, after the last 2021 New Year's Eve, the competent forces conducted inspection 305 cases, of which 286 were found. The total amount collected and remitted to the state budget reached more than 1.9 billion VND, of which the fines for administrative violations were more than 1.8 billion VND. The total number of goods confiscation cases is 111 with more than 9,000 infringing products, the total value of infringing goods is estimated at more than VND 532.5 million.

As a result of the inspection and control of the recent Tan Suu Lunar New Year, the competent forces checked 131 cases, of which 130 unexpected cases were checked, 1 case periodically checked, 148 cases were processed (in 19 cases transferred from the previous period and 19 cases transferred by other agencies).
