According to the Provincial People's Committee, by the end of May 2022, enterprises with domestic investment have invested in Industrial Zones in the province with about 1,067 projects with a total registered capital of nearly VND303.2 trillion. Domestic-invested enterprises invest in many industries in Industrial Zones such as: textiles, footwear, machinery components, equipment, raw materials for the textile and garment industry, processing, etc.

Particularly in the first 5 months of this year, attracting new investment
projects and increasing domestic capital by nearly VND390
billion, equaling more than 3.3% compared to the same period in 2021. In which,
2 new projects with total registered capital of VND160
billion and 6 projects increased capital with additional capital of more than VND228
billion. The reason why the attraction of domestic investment capital to the
province's Industrial Zones has dropped
sharply since the beginning of the year is because the province's industrial
land area for
lease has run out, leaving only a small, scattered area that can't meet the
demand of
businesses.
