Approving the planning of 2 subdivisions of Nhon Trach urban area

​There have been 2 subdivisions of Nhon Trach urban area approved on planning

According to the general planning, Nhon Trach new urban area will have 12 subdivisions. For the remaining 10 subdivisions, the authorities are currently taking steps to prepare and submit for appraisal.

Meanwhile, for the formulation, appraisal and approval of the adjustment of the general planning of Nhon Trach new urban area to 2045, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Construction to coordinate with the planning consultancy unit and other units to have the review and overall assessment of the implementation process in accordance with the general plan approved in Decision No. 455/QD-TTg dated March 22, 2016 of the Prime Minister. Based on this, the authorized agencies suggest the forecast of area scale, population (data collection, population source forecast, mechanical growth forecast) and project to adjust the general planning of Nhon Trach new urban area, as the basis for determining the cost estimate for the preparation and organization of implementation and at the same time as the basis for the implementation of subsequent procedures.
