The Department of Health has just issued a document to implement the conclusion No. 360 dated April 28, 2022 of the Standing Provincial Party Committee at the Quarterly Meeting of the first quarter of 2022 with the Standing Committee and Chief of Offices at all levels under the province.
Leaders of the Department assigned the Department's Office to assume the prime responsibility, and continue to cooperate with medical and pharmaceutical universities to conduct various types of training of health workers, focusing on training doctors, pharmacists and postgraduate training.
Strengthen the attraction and mobilization of doctors to work at the commune and district health levels, combine with the well implementation of Project 1816 to strengthen training and support human resources for grassroots health care, striving to reach 9.1 doctors for every ten thousand people by the end of 2022.
It is necessary to well implement the project on policies to attract and support health workers, combine with other solutions to attract and support health facilities and localities to supplement medical staff at all levels. Well perform the reasonable arrangement of work, promote the efficiency of the number of health staff of training on demand and allocate the works for them.
Implement an international cooperation program in the health sector to exchange experiences in health management, support human resource training and technology transfer for medical facilities in the province.
The Planning and Financial Division is assigned to assume the prime responsibility, and coordinate with relevant departments and agencies in advising on plans to enhance quality and improve operational capacity for communes, wards and townships in the province in the period of 2022- 2030 to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval by June 20, 2022.
Continue to advise and propose to purchase medical equipment, propose new construction, repair and renovate and upgrade the infrastructure of medical facilities, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment in medical facilities. At the same time, direct and guide affiliated units to continue implementing policies on medical examination and treatment for the poor, people suffering from serious diseases in difficult circumstances, and people living with HIV in the province.
