Create more initiative and flexibility in organizing the implementation of the one-stop-shop and inter-agency one-stop-shop mechanism

On the morning of December 13, the Government Office held an online conference to train some contents in the Prime Minister's Decision No. 468/QD-TTg dated March 27, 2021 on approving the Project on renewing the implementation of one-stop-shop, and inter-agency one-stop-shop mechanism in handling administrative procedures and the Government's Decree No. 107/2021/ND-CP dated December 6, 2021 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP on the implementation of the one-stop-shop, and inter-agency one-stop-shop mechanism in handling administrative procedures. In Dong Nai, the conference was connected via the application of Zoom Meeting to 7 stations of the People's Committees of districts, Long Khanh City and Bien Hoa City.

At the conference, representative of the Government Office said some new points of Decree No. 107/2021/ND-CP is that this Decree has supplemented regulations in the direction of decentralization, creating initiative, more flexibility for ministries, branches and localities in organizing the implementation of the one-stop-shop mechanism; amending and supplementing a number of regulations on the application of information technology in the implementation of administrative procedures; stipulating a roadmap for digitizing records and papers, results of handling administrative procedures, etc.

In which, the Decree has added specific regulations on the order and method of digitizing dossiers, results of handling administrative procedures in receiving and handling administrative procedures; amending and supplementing regulations on online fee payment methods. Along with that, supplementing the responsibility of the Government Office in promulgating a list of shared data for handling administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal, which is connected and shared with the Public Service Portal, the electronic Information System and the Public Service Portal one-stop shop at ministerial and provincial level; amending and supplementing regulations on building Public Service Portal and electronic one-stop information system at ministerial and provincial levels to meet renewal requirements.
