Hundreds of thousands of billions of dong will be invested in the economy and society

According to the plan of the Provincial People's Committee, Dong Nai will create favorable conditions to mobilize capital from the whole society for economic development. It is expected that the total social investment capital mobilized in the next 5 years will be over VND 500 trillion. Each year, the province will mobilize capital from businesses and people up to 100-105 trillion VND. With the advantages of transport infrastructure and land, it is possible that the capital of enterprises investing in the province will increase much higher than the plan.

One of the areas of concern is that the province has planned more than 5,000 hectares of land for industrial development by expanding and investing in new industrial parks. In addition, land use planning is to invite projects in the fields of trade, services, tourism, real estate, high-tech agriculture...

Regarding technical infrastructure, Dong Nai needs capital of more than 3 billion USD to invest in construction to meet the development needs of localities and create breakthroughs for socio-economic development. While the public investment capital for the province for the whole period is not much, only meet more than 60% of the demand, for the rest the province is expected to exploit from advantageous land funds to have capital to invest in infrastructure works. .

Through meetings and works with domestic and foreign business organizations of provincial leaders, many large enterprises trust and are willing to explore investment opportunities in Dong Nai. In fact, many investors pay attention and are willing to spend from a few tens to hundreds of millions of dollars to implement industrial, real estate and logistics projects. Construction of Long Thanh International Airport has been started, and highways such as: Dau Giay - Phan Thiet, Ben Luc - Long Thanh, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau, Cat Lai Bridge... are coming true, the potential to increase Dong Nai's attractiveness to domestic enterprises, FDI will become stronger and stronger.

Regarding the private business community at the local, Chairman of the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association Dang Van Diem said that the business community in the province is now quite large, present in almost all production and business industries. In the process of operation, enterprises realize the advantages of the locality and wish to participate, accompany the government in socio-economic development projects. In which many enterprises, especially those operating in the field of construction, real estate... wish to be supported to participate in bidding for development projects of the province. Similarly, according to Mr Nguyen Huu That, Director of Diep Nam Phuong Investment Joint Stock Company, due to limited resources, besides the association and cooperation to develop together, enterprises in the province want to have mechanisms and policies to give incentives and help enterprises to be able to compete with other domestic units and foreign enterprises in bidding for capital construction.

Before the interest and expectations of the business community in the province, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Cao Tien Dung said that Dong Nai's immediate and long-term development opportunities are huge, especially in the fields of infrastructure, basic construction and associated services.
