(News Portal – Dong Nai) – The Provincial People's Committee has decided to implement Resolution No. 36/NQ-HDND (December 8, 2023) of the Provincial People's Council on the policy of investing in the project to build internal roads within Zone 1, Bien Hoa 1 commercial and service urban area.
There will be 3 roads invested and built within zone 1, Bien Hoa 1 commercial and service urban area.
According to the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board was assigned to be the project investor.
The project is to build roads within zone 1 of Bien Hoa 1 commercial and service urban area with a total investment of more than 318 billion VND, project implementation period is from 2024-2027.
Accordingly, the project will invest in the construction of route No. 2 with a length of about 970m, road width of 24m; Road No. 11 (section from Road No. 2 to Road No. 1) with a length of about 262m, road limit of 24m and Road No. 12 with a length of about 965m, road line of 24m.
The project aims to gradually complete the urban transport infrastructure system of Bien Hoa City and create favorable conditions for exploiting the land bank in the vicinity of the project as a basis for mobilizing resources to reinvestment in Bien Hoa City in particular and in the province in general.
