Consider and choose reputable exporters in the province

The Department of Industry and Trade has just announced the content and procedures for selecting reputable exporters in the last year. Accordingly, the selected subjects are enterprises established under the laws of Vietnam and located in Dong Nai province, wishing to participate in the program of selecting prestigious export enterprises in 2020 by the Ministry of Industry and Trade; only consider selecting enterprises, not individually selected branches under enterprises.

 The selection criteria are as follows: to be direct and profitable exporters in 2020; not violating Vietnam laws, not being sued by domestic and foreign partners for the performance of contractual obligations; strictly implementing the export contract; fulfill tax obligations towards the State; have an export turnover in 2020 (from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020) for each group of goods and items reaching the minimum level as prescribed.

Businesses who register for consideration and selection send dossiers to the Department of Industry and Trade before April 5, 2021.
