Vietnam Social Insurance coordinated with the Government Office, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to integrate and provide online payment services: Compulsory social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident insurance - occupational diseases and continuous procedures for registration, adjustment of compulsory social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and reporting on labor change via the National Public Service Portal. This new method is to promote non-cash payments, save time and costs for agencies, units, businesses and facilitate enterprises in reporting on the use of employees.
Accordingly, for the service of compulsory social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident and disease insurance payment, after successful payment is made, the electronic transaction system of Vietnam Social Insurance will send a notification message to the phone number that the employer has registered with the social insurance agency.
When performing the procedures for continuous registration and adjustment of payment of compulsory social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance and reporting the change of labor, the employer only needs to register the functional agency to receive reports of labor use situation. The National Public Service Portal will automatically retrieve data from the database of the social insurance industry and send it to the authorities (Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) every 6 months and every year.
