The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision 1583/QD-UBND approving the land price for calculating compensation when the State recovers land to implement the Song May Industrial Park Project phase 1 (remaining area) and phase 2 at Bac Son and Ho Nai 3 communes (Trang Bom district). The area of ​​land to be compensated and recovered for the project implementation is more than 29.1 hectares, including rural land, agricultural land, including land for annual crops, perennial crops, aquaculture, and land for production forest.

Accordingly, the land price that will be approved is the agricultural land area in Ho Nai 3 commune located at position 4, group I road is 650,000 VND/m2. At Bac Son commune, rural land on Provincial road 767 (the section from Viet Vinh Company to Huu Nai fork), the position 2 at asphalt and concrete roads costs more than 6.8 million VND/m2; The position 2 at dirt and mixed roads costs nearly 5.5 million VND/m2. Agricultural land in Bac Son commune, the area to be recovered is position 4 of group I streets, priced at 649 thousand VND/m2. Song May Industrial Park has been in operation since 1999, but so far, the investment in technical infrastructure in phase 1 and phase 2 has not been completed due to the problem of compensation for land acquisition by households and individuals.​
