​Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee allowed Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company to lease Dong Nai river surface land with an area of ​​more than 2.2 thousand m2 to build wharf number 3 at Dong Nai Port phase 1 in Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city. The form of land lease is that the State leases land with annual rental payment. The land use term is until October 15, 2043.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to define specific landmarks and hand over land on the field to Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company. Sign a land lease contract; sign the Certificate of land use right, ownership right of houses and other land-attached assets for Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company in accordance with regulations.
