Creating momentum for businesses development

According to businesses, corporate culture is not only reflected in social responsibility but also responsibility for the products they make. To take care of their products and build a strong brand, building corporate culture becomes important, especially in the context of Industry 4.0 that requires businesses to regularly innovate products and production strategies. Therefore, in order to build a sustainable corporate brand, corporate culture must come first.

According to the Provincial Confederation of Labor, an enterprise achieves cultural standards when that enterprise fulfills production and business targets; implement a civilized lifestyle and cultural environment at the enterprise. At the same time, improving the material and spiritual lives of employees and strictly follows the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws. When businesses successfully build a culture at their units, this will be the guideline for all success and sustainable development.

Over the past time, trade unions at all levels have been interested in organizing many programs and activities to improve the cultural and spiritual lives of employees, and at the same time, promoting propaganda for business owners to well implement care policies for workers. Every year, the Provincial Labor Confederation in collaboration with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organizes a festival of enterprises meeting typical and excellent cultural standards with many rich and attractive contents, attracting a large number of employees at enterprises to participate. Thereby, creating cohesion, exchange, experiences learning and promote the emulation movement to build cultural enterprises. At the same time, raise standards of cultural behaviors for employees.

In particular, in recent years, the movement to build cultural lives among workers has made positive changes. Every year, enterprises have launched many emulation movements and received enthusiastic responses from workers such as: movement to promote technical innovation initiatives; building a culture of safety at enterprises… Enterprises create favorable conditions for trade unions organizations to organize contests, cultural, artistic and sports activities for workers.

It can be seen that building corporate culture will create good links and interactions among employers and employees. On the other hand, it also promotes productivity and labor efficiency. The living standards of employees will be improved if enterprises have sustainable development. However, besides the businesses that perform well, there are still businesses that have not really focused on building culture at the enterprises, lacking responsibility in taking care of lives, salaries, bonuses, social insurance … for employees.
