Auctioning 5 Land Plots under the Land Exploitation Scheme in Areas Adjacent to Internal Roads of Zone 1, Bien Hoa 1 Commercial Service Urban Area

​(News Portal – Dong Nai) - According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, after compiling the land plots that can be considered for auctioning land use rights from 2025 to 2030, the unit has proposed including 5 land plots under the land exploitation scheme in areas adjacent to internal roads of Zone 1, Bien Hoa 1 Commercial Service Urban Area for auction during this period. ​

It is expected that 5 land plots adjacent to internal roads of Zone 1, Bien Hoa 1 Commercial Service Urban Area will be auctioned from 2025 to 2030. 

The 5 proposed land plots for auction cover an area of over 36 hectares. Currently, the Provincial Transportation Construction Investment Project Management Board has been assigned as the investor to construct 3 internal roads in Zone 1 of the Bien Hoa 1 Commercial Service Urban Area. The total investment capital for the project is over 318 billion VND.​

The project to construct 3 internal roads in Zone 1 of the Bien Hoa 1 Commercial Service Urban Area is a Group B project with a road classification of level 2 with a width of 24 meters. The project will construct road sections with a total length of over 2 km, including sections of roads No. 2, 11, 12, and systems for drainage, lighting, greenery, and traffic safety features on approximately 220 meters of Tran Quoc Toan Street.

According to the Proposal for the Functional Transformation of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone into an Urban-Commercial-Service Area and Environmental Improvement, there will be 2 project dossiers implemented, including: the Project on the Political-Administrative Center of the province, with a scale of about 44 hectares, and the Bien Hoa 1 Urban-Commercial-Service Area Project with an area of over 283 hectares. Zone 1 of the Bien Hoa 1 Urban-Commercial-Service Area covers an area of about 75 hectares. ​
