12 industrial clusters approved for environmental impact assessment reports

​According to the report of the Department of Industry and Trade, as of September 2022, in the province, there are 16 industrial clusters approved for establishment decisions, of which 12 industrial clusters have been approved for environmental impact assessment reports.

Up to now, 5 industrial clusters have completed the construction of wastewater treatment systems, which are operating and testing, 1 industrial cluster is in the process of investing in building common technical infrastructure for environmental protection, 6 industrial clusters have not deploying investment in environmental technical infrastructure due to land and capital problems.

​According to Resolution No. 11/2021/NQ-HDND dated July 30, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council on the program to support investment in technical infrastructure of industrial parks in Dong Nai province in the period of 2021-2025, industrial cluster will be supported with 30% of the total investment capital in construction of technical infrastructure for environmental protection of industrial clusters out of the total investment capital of approved technical infrastructure projects for environmental protection, up to a maximum of VND 10 billion /cluster.
