On July 20th, at the provincial hall,
the Propaganda Department of provincial Party’s committee organized the
meeting to thoroughly grasp Central Resolution 4 (term XI), which is
“Some urgent issues about building up the Party nowadays” and plan 69 of
the provincial People Committee for the implementation of this
resolution for religious dignitaries, outstanding individuals,
prestigious people among the minority groups, patriots, intellects,
businessmen and leaders of many business sectors.

At the conference, representatives listened to Mr Huynh Van Toi, member of the central standing committee, head of the provincial Party Committee propaganda addressed the reason why the Central conference 4 discussed and issued the resolution which is “Some urgent building up the Party nowadays”; some outstanding issues and their roots that had been mentioned in Central Resolution 4; objectives and solutions to facilitate solid changes in building up the Party in nowadays context.
Propaganda Department of provincial Party Committee also approved the instruction for social, civil and political organizations to contribute their ideas to strengthen the Party and Government, contributing to the successful implementation of the Central Resolution 4.
