As mentioned in the previous article, at 13:00 o’clock September 21st, the two reporters (Thien Vuong and Huu Thang) found out that the group traffic policemen of Suoi Tre commune (who were on duty on National Road 1A whose part crosses Hung Loc commune, Thong Nhat district) were not complying with the regulations of the sector so they recorded the scene by their camera. Recognizing that they were being filmed, the group of traffic police left. When the reporters were about to leave too, they were stopped by two young people riding a motorbike and threatened to erase the film recorded. Refusing to follow the cruel request, they were threatened to be “murdered” by the young people, and their motorbike was even damaged by the two subjects. When the reporters noted down the plate number of the two subjects, the note was snatched and torn into pieces. Threatened by such behaviors of the scoundrels, the reporters called for public security’s assistance. The public security force appeared at the site and took the two objects to the station where the two subjects testified their names which were Nguyen Duc Thao (28 years old, living in Hung Thinh commune) and Pham Huu Hao (16 years old, living in Hung Loc commune).
