Outstanding teachers and collectives, individuals with substantial contributions to the cause of education and training honored

Leaders of the provincial Department of Education and Training receive certificate of merits from the Government.

Over recent years, the staff of managers and teachers in Dongnai’s education sector have continually make an effort for a comprehensive education. The sector has got a lot of substantial progress in terms of scale, system of schools and students. Facilities and equipments of schools have been invested and directed to modernization to serve demands of syllabus and methodology renovation. By means of two campaigns entitled “Say no to negative phenomena and exaggerated achievements in education” and “Each teacher is a good example for students”, the education sector enthusiastically responded and found favor with the whole society.   

At the ceremony, the Vice-Chairperson of the provincial People’s Committee Huynh Thi Nga handed over excellent emulation flag conferred by the government to the provincial Department of Education and Training, and she read decision to acknowledge and honor two teachers recently conferred the title “outstanding teachers” in 2008. They are the Director of the provincial Department of Education and Training Le Minh Hoang and the Deputy Principal of Tam Phuoc 2 Elementary School (Long Thanh district) Tran Thi Ngoc.       

On this occasion, the Department Head of Ministry of Education and Training, the Director of Ho Chi Minh city Representative Office of Ministry of Education and Training Do Quoc Anh handed over certificate of merits to the Ministry to 5 collectives and 9 individuals having significant contributions to the cause of education. At the ceremony, representatives had a talk with 4 representatives of teachers who had substantial contributions and whose students had high scores in university entrance exams along with ones of enterprises contributed much to the caused of education and training.

Addressing the ceremony, the Vice-Chairperson sent best congratulations to all teachers in the province on occasion of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day 20-11. She acknowledged significant contributions of teaching staff to the cause of human cultivation, and she believed that the education sector in the province had been more and more developed.
