Circular of provincial permanent Party Committee: Express the characteristic of populace in anniversary activities of southern liberation

To propagandize and deeply educate officers and staffs of Party about the signification and importance of anti-American resistance war in every locality in the province, especially the liberation of Dinh Quan – Tan Phu (17-3-1975) and Long Khanh – Xuan Loc (21-4-1975), the destruction of North East Door of Sai Gon, which led to the liberation of Bien Hoa City (30-4-1975) and the success of Ho Chi Minh historical campaign in spring of 1975 led by Communist Party; To affirm outstanding achievements of our province with the guidance of provincial Party Committee since the liberation of the South and country unification; To assert the will of Party Committee and populace to keep on upholding Revolutionary Heroism to perform  task of liberating country and making  Dong Nai become a more and more prosperous and civilized province.

The organization board of great legal holidays anniversary in the province is assigned to make a detail plan for each activity. These actives should be plentiful and practical and attract officers and staffs of Party, especially people from all walks of life. They must display the spirits of the populace. Each locality builds significant places (art and cultural places) as to celebrate the southern liberation and country unification and the eighth Congress of provincial Party Committee and The Tenth Party Congress; to mobilize all agencies, populace in wards, hamlets in the city center and suburban districts to decorate streets with flags, flowers and lights. The People’s Committees of districts hold meetings on the liberation day of each district. The People’s Committee of Long Khanh Township and Bien Hoa City co-ordinate with provincial military headquarters to organize firework displays in a solemn, practical and thrifty way. Localities and economic section of Party Committees conduct traditional meetings with Party officers and members, revolution veterans and historical witnesses who play important roles in the liberation of our province and the take over of Bien Hoa Industrial Zone (now Bien Hoa Industrial Zone I) as to educate Revolutionary ideas and Patriotic tradition to The youth and worker class of Dong Nai province.

As for agencies, units, departments and organization depend on each own function to hold suitable activities to celebrate these important days.
