I hope many children in my situation will benefit from this program.

In order to help the operated children to return to their normal lives, the representative of Dong Nai Department of Education and Training will grant them scholarship and exempt them from studying subjects which need physical strength. Mr. Le Mai Thanh, Director of the Service of Labor.
