The report of the provincial People’s Committee shows that the province’s economy continues to grow and that the GDP of the first six months of the year increases by 7.14% over the same period, which is lower than the plan goals established in the resolution of the provincial People’s Council but higher than the country’s average growth rate. Particularly, it is necessary to pay more attention to how to raise and use investment capital for development effectively, focus on raising private and foreign investment capital for infrastructure, promote agricultural and rural development, improve the living standard of farmers by ensuring social security and by expanding socialization into the areas of education, vocational training, health, culture, sports and so on, propose solutions on environmental protection and sustainable development, continue administrative reform, improve the efficiency of the interest rate support program for the loans to buy machinery, equipment and materials for agricultural production and building materials for building houses in rural areas, continue administrative reform program, improve the management efficiency of the government machinery and prevent corruption and waste effectively.
