    This is one of the activities to welcome the 55th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory, the 68th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization and 119th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, to help young pioneers in the province improve their ritual skills and to assess their activity result and the practice of rituals of young pioneer team  associations from districts, towns and youth Unions in recent times.

    When competing in the contest, contestants are required to go through the followings: a multiple-choice knowledge test, Morse, Semaphore, direction signs, young pioneer parade ...

    It is anticipated that the organization board will announce the results and award prizes to excellent contestants on the morning of May 27.
