On January 09, Vietnam Urban and Industrial Zone Development Investment Corporation (IDICO – Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone ) held a ceremony for the 15th anniversary of establishment and development from 2001-2015 and honored to receive the First class Labor Medal. The anniversary saw the attendance of Commissioner of the Central Party cum Deputy Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha and Bui Pham Khanh; Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai.

At the ceremony, the leader of the corporation shared that, at the time of establishment, the ownership capital of the corporation was only 67 billion dong, which now reaches 2,600 billion dong, nearly 40 times as much as the original amount. The total value of assets was 700 billion dong in 2001, which is now over 11,700 billion dong; the total development investment capital after 15 years of development reaches over 20 thousand billion dong, state budget payment reached 4 thousand billion dong. Particularly, the profit of 2015 reached 272 billion dong.
The corporation is focusing on making investment in various fields including: industrial zone development, hydroelectric power, traffic infrastructure (5 BOT road construction projects), urban housing construction, housing for low incomers and installation construction. The projects of the corporation are deployed in various provinces and cities throughout the country. In Dong Nai province, major investment projects of the corporation include: Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone , Nhon Trach 5 Industrial Zone, social housing project in Nhon Trach district and national road 51 BOT project.
On this occasion, the corporation was honored to receive the first class collective Labor Medal and 6 total first class, second class and third class individual Labor Medal.
