Dear all fellow of citizens, cadres and soldiers!
In the context of the world’s unexpected fluctuations and changes, the domestic economy has been through a difficult year, which affects the socio-economic development of the province. With great political determination, the Party committee and all levels of government have successfully implemented various solutions in all fields; all agencies, organizations, departments, sectors, unions, community of enterprises and local people have made constant efforts and attempts to overcome challenges and difficulties, contributing to successfully achieving the resolution targets of the Government and the resolution of the provincial Party Committee. In 2015, the economic situation of the province has witnessed positive changes: production – business investment attraction of the province has been going smoothly, specifically, GRDP growth rate continued to be maintained and reached 11.7%; social welfare caught the attention of the province, material and spiritual living conditions have been improved, GRPD per capita reached 66.7 million dong; new rural area program was deployed in 91 communes and 3 districtual administrative divisions were qualified for being recognized as new rural areas (Long Khanh town, Xuan Loc district and Thong Nhat district); the 8th Patriotic Emulation Congress was successfully held in the province; cultural and social activities have had various positive changes with the attendance of people from all strata; political security has been stable, social order and safety has been secured; political system has been strengthened, studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples has been effectively implemented in association with remedial plans through self-criticism and criticism. After 4 years of implementing Central Resolution 4 (term XI), significant results have been recorded from provincial to grassroots level, contributing to the improvement of the leadership and combativeness of the Party committees, Party organizations and Party members; especially, Party committees focused on leading and directing the successful organization of the Party Congress at all levels and the 10th provincial Party Congress (term 2015 – 2020), proceeding to the 12th National Party Congress.
The provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnamese Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province would like to express the most sincere gratitude and appreciation to all fellow citizens, cadres, soldiers, officials, workers and laborers for your strong will to overcome difficulties and challenges, your efforts to study and to fight, your creative and effective work, which contribute to the significant achievements of Dong Nai province in 2015.

In 2016, there will be various grand historical anniversaries of the country in general and of Dong Nai province in particular. This is also the first year that the Party committees and the government at all levels implement the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels, the Resolution of the 10th provincial Party Congress (term 2015 – 2020) and the 12th National Congress of Delegates of the Party and hold election for deputies to the National Assembly term XIV and deputies to People’s Councils at all levels (term 2016-2021). This is also the year of ASEAN economic integration and implementation of free trade agreements. In order to celebrate the grand political events and successfully achieve missions and targets of 2016, the Party committees and the government at all levels continue to lead and direct the implementation of the socio-economic development mission of the province continue to successfully implement the Central Resolution 4 (term XI) on “Some urgent issues of Party building” in association with studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples of “honesty, responsibility; sticking with people; uniting to build a strong and transparent Party” in the most effective and practical manner, which creates an extensive spread in the entire political system and all strata of the province.
The provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnamese Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province would like to call on all people, cadres, party members, officers, armed force soldiers, enterprise community, businessmen, workers, laborers in the province and Dong Nai’s overseas compatriots living abroad to continue to maximize the great national unity and the glorious revolutionary tradition of the Party, the entire army and all people of Dong Nai province, put all efforts to work creatively, promote all potentials and strengths, mobilize all resources, continue to extensively promote patriotic emulation movements, create high consistency in the provincial Party and promote consensus in the society, adapt to positive changes in all aspects, strive to successfully achieve socio-economic development missions goals right from the first months and quarters of 2016, contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 10th Congress of the Party Delegates (term 2015-2020) and building a wealthy and civilized Dong Nai province.
