Particularly, the detailed plannings for 10 industrial clusters have been approved and the locations for 10 industrial clusters have been documented.

Up to now, among 40 industrial clusters whose plannings are done, the infrastructure of Ho Nai 3 Building Material Industrial Park alone has been built.

Meanwhile, only 40 percent of the construction work of Binh Son Industrial Park has been completed and Tan Hanh Porcelain Industrial Park is still under construction.

For most of the rest of industrial clusters, their detailed plannings have just been under implementation. Land procedures are still being implemented.

The development process of industrial parks in recent times has slow downed. Many industrial clusters, especially Tan Phu, Dinh Quan and Xuan Loc have difficulty in calling for investment into their infrastructure.
