Japanese SMEs Development JSC establishes

On 31, July, Japanese SMEs Development JSC (JSC) was officially established in Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park,  Hiep Phuoc commune (Nhon Trach district). Attending the launch were Mr. Yakabe Yoshinori, Deputy Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh city, Mr. Do Nhat Hoang, Director General of Foreign Investment Agency (Ministry of Planning-Investment)

JSC is the joint venture between Tin Nghia Corporation (accounting for 55 percent), Forval JSC (Japan, 35 percent) and Dong Nai Container Terminal JSC (ICD Dong Nai) (10 percent). 
 
JSC is licensed for its establishment by Dong Nai Industrial Park Management Board with the total investment capital of VND 772 billion. It will cooperate, invest and lease industrial workshop to Japanese enterprises in Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park. JSC targets Japanese SMEs as its customers. This project holds 183,400 square meters of land, in which areas of workshop for lease make up for 101,480 square meters.
 
In the launching ceremony, Tin Nghia Corporation and Forval JSC donated VND 100 million to Nhon Trach District Blind Association and Association for Victims of Agent Orange/dioxin.
