In the morning of April 26, 2005, Dona Newtower joint – venture company that located in Bien Hoa industrial zone No.1 received a Labour Medal grade 3 on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of its establishment and development (from 1994 to 2004). Mrs. Dang Thi Kim Nguyen as Deputy Chairwoman of the Provincial Peoples’ Committee and Mr. Cao Duc Kha as Chinese Consulate General to HCM City were present at this ceremony.

Dona Newtower Company is a joint- venture enterprise between Vietnam and Hongkong with their total invested capital of USD 7.55 million. It specializes in production of fruit refresher can, fruitcake, various kinds of yogurt and drinking-water bottle in which some nutritional refreshers are available in the Vietnamese market in the first time. During the first period from 1996 to 1998, their products’ consumption was 11,750 tons and their total turnover reached over than USD 16 million. They have paid USD1.880 million in taxes. In the following period from 1999 to 2003, the consumption has increased 57,140 tons and their turnover raised up USD 45.141 million. They have paid USD 8.565 million in taxes. During many continuous years, products of Dona Newtower have been voted as "Vietnamese best quality goods" by customers. At the present, they have nearly 500 agents grade 1 and 2,500 agents grade 2 over the whole country.
Dona Newtower joint – venture company has expanded their oversea markets to Korea, India, Japan, China, USA and so forth. They have also expanded their factory, replaced with new equipment. At the same time, they have ungraded their capacity raising up 25,000 – 30,000 TPY.
