Most of projects, whose investors are from Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan, invest on mechanics, electronics, textile and garment.
Japanese and Korean investors still make up a high proportion of 47 projects with total capital over 215 US$. Some big investors such as Yupoong, Muto and Suzuki also invest in Loteco.
Loteco IZ is among small number of industrial zones which is invested methodically on technical infrastructure such as internal traffic system, pavements, trees, and drainage systems along pavements. It also builds a sewage treatment plant with the capacity of 2.500m3/day. It’s constructing a second sewage treatment plant with the capacity of 4.000m3/day. In first phase of construction process, it constructs a power plant with capacity of 3.2MW. Now it is co-ordinating with Electric power Company of Dong Nai province to install a 40MWA transformer station and a new line as to increase the supply capacity to 15MW.
