Dong Nai Province People’s Committee promulgate regulation on standards, processes, and procedures of offering titles of artisans, skillful craftsman, people having merit in bringing trade to local.

    Accordingly, subjects offered the title of an artisan must win following standards: must be loyal to fatherland, has virtue, be dedicated in work, be exemplary, as well as be a good example for everyone and colleagues. As for an skillful craftsman, this craftsman must have competence, craftsmanship in work, ability to create and design models with high artistic level that other skilled craftsmen can’t gain. Besides, this craftsman has an influence in the trade and society, and works made by high craftsmanship and honored medals in domestic or international exhibitions. Subjects offered title of an skillful craftsman must be skilled and has at least 5 years of experience, has competence in work in all production phases to make a fully done product or this craftsman is able to produce a fully done product from the beginning phase to the final one. Moreover this craftsman must have ability to create models with high craftsmanship that other craftsmen can’t approach or have works honored award in contests of  professional skill and skillful craftsmen in units, regions or overseas.

    The titles of artisans, skillful craftsmen in local, people having merit in bringing trade to locals are considered and acknowledged once a year in July.
