On the morning of May 13th), at Sonadezi Tower, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, the provincial People's Committee held the ceremony to announce the establishment of the Dong Nai Center for Public Administration. Mr. Tran Van Vinh, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee; Leaders of provincial departments and officers of the Center and other departments attended the ceremony.

According to Decision No. 1198 of the Provincial People's Committee, the Center for Public Administration is an administrative organization under the direction and management of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee and subject to the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chief of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, and under professional guidance of the competent State agencies. The Center shall publicize and provide guidance on the administrative procedures, facilitate and monitor the receipt and return of dossiers to individuals and organizations according to the one-stop-shop mechanism and inter-agency one-stop-shop mechanism in all domains under the jurisdiction of settlement....


Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Tran Van Vinh makes his speech at the ceremony announcing and handing the decision on appointing officials for the Center.
At the ceremony, Director of Home Affairs Department Nguyen Van Thuoc announced the decisions to appoint the officials for the Center. Accordingly, Nguyen Thi Thanh Thao, Deputy Head of Administration - Organization of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee held the position of Director of the Center for Public Administration. Two comrades Tran Cong Quyen, Chief the Office of the Department of Home Affairs, and Duong Van Nhan, Head of Administrative Procedure Management Division (Department of Justice), were appointed as Deputy Directors of the Center. These decisions are effective on May 15, 2017 and will maintain valid for a 5-year term.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Tran Van Vinh highly appreciated the efforts of cadres, civil servants and leaders of departments of the province to timely put the Center for Public Administration into operation. The vice chairman of the provincial People's Committee suggested that the on-site units in charge of administrative procedures of departments should be professionally qualified and well-behaved to serve people and businesses at the Center.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that specialized departments must assign technical officers timely deal with problems occurred in the settlement of administrative procedures in the first phase of implementation; the inspection, supervision, civil servant evaluation systems, coordination regulations should be reviewed for difficulties and limitations; Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee suggested, after a week of operation, the departments will have to hold a working session to review for any arising obstacles to improve to best serve people and businesses under the motto "professional, friendly and responsible". Sample dossiers must be supplemented and reviewed to come up with the simplest, quickest and most accessible ways to settle the applications of people and businesses.
