On May 30th, Dong Nai Custom cooperated with other provincial Departments and Taiwanese Enterprises Association in Dong Nai to hold a conversational conference with over 100 Taiwanese Enterprises operating in the province. Mr. Tran Van Vinh – Deputy Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee chaired the conference.
At the conversation, enterprises gave many questions about the product import, export policies, tax incentives policies, inspection work, transportation, social insurance, labour license for foreign workers…, which were all answered satisfactorily. Representatives of Provincial Department of Custom and Department of Taxation introduced new legal policies relating to enterprises’ manufacturing and business investments.
Mr. Gian Tri Minh – Head of Taiwanese Enterprises Association in Dong Nai appraise the Provincial leader in being opened to all of the enterprises’ questions. He said that Dong Nai was the important destination for Taiwan investments as the province had several activities such as administrative reform, infrastructure development, which facilitated the enterprises. However, some regulations were still complicated and inconsistent; the enterprises hoped to have more such conversations to keep them up to date with the newest regulation and henceforth improve the Government – Enterprises connection.
