Trade Union in Taekwang Vina Company Gives Tet Gifts to Workers

    On lunar December 28, the Trade Union in cooperation with Youth Union of Binh Da ward Trade Union is going to pay visit and give 200 gifts worth VND20 million (US$1,137) to the workers living far from their homelands in across Bien Hoa city and deciding celebrating Tet festival in Dong Nai.

    Currently company’s employees are on average paid ranging from VND1.7 to 1.8 million (US$97 to 98US$), the lowest and highest are VND1.156 million and VND20 million (US$66 and US$1,137) respectively. On occasion of Lunar New Year Festival, each worker receives one month basic wage for the company. Overcoming challenges caused by the global economic depression, Taekwang Vina Company along with its whole workers’ great effort has remained its steady business and created jobs and incomes for laborers.
