According to the report made by Department of Justice, Dong Nai’s justice sector in 2010 gradually completed tasks regarding the implementation of legislative literatures and norms; efficiently developed and increasingly called for the social participation in the notary public activities; maintained the justice inspectors and increased the effectiveness of inspection, awareness and education of law,... In 2010, 14 solicitor’s agents were licensed; 17 law trainings and educations were held for more than 4 thousands of citizens; 147 public law communicating sessions were attended by more than 21 thousands of people; successfully conciliated 2,606 cases at grassroots level (gained 75.3%); gave law assistance to more than 1.3 thousand of cases.
Addressing the meeting, provincial People’ Committee’s Vice Chairwoman Huynh Thi Nga concluded that, to help the justice sector to grow more and more effective, justice sector itself should remain fully aware of and seriously execute its assignments, concentrate on the completion of state administration with regard to the establishment and investigation of legislative literatures and norms; strengthen the justice mechanism and pay particular attention to the efficiency of local justice; concurrently reinforce the communication and dissemination of laws and legal literatures to residents and enterprises; continue to thoroughly develop the justice staff and build up the number of solicitors to meet the demand of justice in terms of the socio-economic growth.
In the meeting, those collectives and individuals who gained many achievements in 2010 were awarded emulative flags and merit certificates from provincial People’s Committee.
