The Provincial Children Sponsoring Fund help poor children with VND350 million.

One of the big events was the program “For children’s smile” that helped 15 children have medical check-up and helped 4 children have operation with expense of VND133 million. Thanks to the program, 3 children suffering from heart disease were supported for expense before and after operation that was VND22 million sponsored by Vinacapital. Next, the project “Gift of light to Children” helped carry out medical check-up in 171 communes, towns, and wards with the result that 284 children have eye disease. The Fund also cooperated with  Ho-Chi-Minh-City Eye Hospital, Dongnai Children’s Hospital to give 121 children medical examination and transfer 58 children to higher level hospitals for treatment. Moreover, the Fund supported free orthopedic operation for many malformed children.
