With the motto “each Youth Union member with a creative idea, each Youth chapter with an initiative, and each Youth Union establishment is a creative garden”, the creative movement for the youth was widely deployed and attracted a lot of young participants. This event is a driving force for public employees and Youth Union members in the province to uphold the spirit of learning, having passion for scientific researches, promoting initiatives, improving techniques, and applying scientific and technological advances into real life.

At the ceremony, 16 collectives and 20 individuals were honored for their great contribution to the creative movement for the youth.
