Accordingly, localities in the province will organize various activities responding to this campaign on 3 days (September 17-19, 2010). As for Long Thanh district alone, on September 18, 2010, the district People’s Committee will join hands with Dong Nai Department of Environment and Natural Resources and relevant units to hold a launching ceremony to make the world cleaner in Long Thanh district.
Other localities will respond to the campaign through tree planting and forest planting movements, and cleaning up activities, etc. At the same time, the province will call for the public to get involved in the propaganda activities to raise the people’s awareness of environmental protection, climate change, and bio-diversification preservation.
