Culturally appropriate behavior in production

At Thien Long Long Thanh Manufacturing Trading Company Limited, employees are not only encouraged to maintain a healthy lifestyle, work safely, and interact with each other in a respectful manner, but they are also required to strictly adhere to the company's rules and regulations. For example, during meal times, workers line up in an orderly manner and use their ID cards to wait for their turn, avoiding any overcrowding or pushing.

Boosting the work ethic of employees

This not only affected the morale of the employees but also severely damaged the company's reputation with its customers. This highlights the fact that conflicts may still arise during work, requiring stricter measures from businesses.

According to the provincial confederation of labor, in recent years, labor unions at all levels, especially grassroots unions, have done well in disseminating information and educating employees about building the company's culture. This has contributed to increasing trust and maintaining a positive image of employees with a focus on culture, ethics, and professional conduct. Additionally, labor unions organize self-study movements to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees and create opportunities for them to participate in training programs to meet the increasingly high demands of their jobs.
