Therefore, students need to carefully consider their choice of fields of study.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Khanh Linh, Head of Vocational Education Division, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, provided information on the labor demand of businesses in Dong Nai province in the near future.
The province currently has 5 universities, 10 colleges, and 5 vocational schools that offer a wide range of vocational training programs to meet the labor market's demand. Students can choose to study at local universities and colleges to benefit from lower living costs (food, accommodation, transportation) and tuition fees compared to studying at out-of-province institutions.
Furthermore, businesses within and outside the province also wish to collaborate with local universities and colleges to implement support policies such as scholarships, study allowances, and training equipment for students from Dong Nai who study in Dong Nai.

Regarding future workforce
at Long Thanh International Airport, for executive and managerial positions, in
addition to holding a bachelor's degree in fields such as economics, finance
and accounting, law, engineering, information technology, construction, and
architecture, a minimum TOEIC score of 500 or higher in English proficiency is
required. Skilled workers should have a TOEIC score of at least 400, while
general workers should have a minimum TOEIC score of 300.
