At the conference, leaders of localities, corporations, and state-owned enterprises with agricultural companies shared difficulties and obstacles in implementing the restructuring and innovation. Many difficulties are related to inconsistent mechanisms, policies, and regulations, especially in terms of finance and land issues.
In his directive, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai acknowledged the
historical role of agricultural companies in the country's construction and
innovation process, and stressed the need for appropriate mechanisms and
policies to enhance their operational efficiency. Deputy Prime Minister Khai
requested a focus on resolving and removing obstacles and difficulties in the
restructuring and innovation of agricultural companies in various localities.
It is necessary to thoroughly address the issues of accumulated and disputed
land originating from forestry and agricultural companies, and put an end to
the situation where forestry companies and businesses are allocated land but do
not use it effectively. Throughout the implementation process, the difficulties
at each level must be identified and resolved, without pushing them aside or
passing the responsibility to others.
