Businesses with a demand for nearly 4,200 employees

​(News Portal – Dong Nai) - The 5th job fair took place at the Dong Nai Employment Service Center (Tan Hiep Ward, Bien Hoa City), attracting the participation of 22 businesses with a demand for more than 4,200 employees. Approximately 400 job seekers attended the fair to seek employment opportunities and interviews. It is expected that 220 workers will be recruited.

Job seekers learning about employment information at the 5th job fair-2024 

​According to the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, the job fair attracted various sectors, including garment manufacturing, leather footwear, labor export, financial services, telecommunications, security, and more, offering numerous job positions. Despite the center's efforts to promote the job fair through various means, the number of job seekers in attendance is still limited compared to the recruitment demand from businesses.  

Specifically, the demand for general labor accounts for over 96%, but the number of applications received at the fair only reaches 6%. The center plans to enhance counseling services and job introductions, targeting individuals receiving unemployment benefits, while also supporting businesses in meeting their workforce requirements for production and operations, as well as fulfilling orders in the second quarter of 2024. ​
