According to businesses, despite the challenges of resuming operations, the abundance of year-end orders is a big motivator for them to get back into production as soon as possible. The current concern is the shortage of human resources, several skilled and experienced workers have returned to their hometowns, so many key production lines have been also affected. Businesses hope that the Trade Union will continue to support them in finding resources, helping them to gradually overcome difficulties and ensure production safety. Furthermore, the Trade Union must promote its role in encouraging employees to return to work hard in helping the companies achieve production goals.
