The Law on Environmental Protection 2020 will take effect from 1 January 2022, Upon this law, 3 groups that have to make deposit for environmental rehabilitation and restoration are: mining, landfill, importing scrap from overseas as raw material for production.

The current Law on Environmental Protection is only applied for environmental rehabilitation deposit to mining projects. The expansion of the group must be deposited to prevent and reduce the risk of environmental pollution; forcing businesses to pay more attention to investing in the use of technology and materials that are safe for the environment.
The issue that many businesses are interested in is the basis for determining how much money the enterprise must deposit, the time of payment, how to manage and use the fund transparently and effectively.
